I believe my favorite thing to cook is Grilled Salmon with Garlic Basil Butter on a cedar plank... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Good! Dessert wise, I love cooking cheesecakes & finding new and different things to try. My Mom's homemade meatballs... Except now I like to add mozzarella cheese to the insides. I also love learning/getting different recipes that belonged to my grandmother(s). I think when I was really little and I made homemade bread, otherwise the most recent would have to be cheesecakes.. They really aren't that hard to make.. I know I have a few, but I can't think of what they are for the life of me! lol
