About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I believe my favorite thing to cook is Grilled Salmon with Garlic Basil Butter on a cedar plank... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Good! Dessert wise, I love cooking cheesecakes & finding new and different things to try.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Mom's homemade meatballs... Except now I like to add mozzarella cheese to the insides. I also love learning/getting different recipes that belonged to my grandmother(s).
My cooking triumphs
I think when I was really little and I made homemade bread, otherwise the most recent would have to be cheesecakes.. They really aren't that hard to make..
My cooking tragedies
I know I have a few, but I can't think of what they are for the life of me! lol

Beef Noodle Soup
I made this one awhile ago and never got around to reviewing it. I did think it was really good. Whenever I make stew, or use stew meat in soup I normally dredge the meat in flour first, then brown it. That usually helps the meat stay tender. Thanks for sharing!

Skillet Chicken Cordon Bleu
This is one of my favorite recipes, it is so good and easy to make. I usually add cooked fettuccini noodles to it, and every now and then I will bread the chicken. Thanks for a great recipe! :)
