Simple Waldorf Salad
reduced vinegar to 1 T and used 2 t sugar. Used about 3 apples, dried cranberries and pecans because that's what I had around.

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze
Used it for our 5-family meal exchange group. I used cheap pork loin medallions which were a poor choice :-( But the flavor was GREAT and everyone loved it. Get some nice loin and trim it well.

Chili Sauce
Oh my... this makes unbelievably good sloppy joes! Sassy! I subbed chili powder for the allspice. Hubby and school-aged kids all loved it. (Mom, too)
