Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

This was awesome! I used 6 large frozen chicken breasts and let them cook in about 2/3 of the sauce and a whole packet of the dry ranch for 5 hours. Then I drained most of the liquid, shredded the chicken (which fell apart perfectly) and put back in slow cooker with the rest of the sauce for 2 hours. This was soooo good! A keeper and SO EASY recipe.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This turned out great and my husband loved it. I served it on hearty rolls and melted some provolone on them under the broiler. Served with the juice. This recipe is a keeper and made plenty to last a few days. Would also freeze the leftovers well. I used a darker beer as well.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Very good and almost exactly likely a cinnabon. It does take a little time but they are still very good the second and third days- just toss in the microwave to heat a bit.

Peppermint Patty Brownies

These were really good. I was freaked out making the batter as it was soooo thick! I thought I did something wrong as I felt it was more like cookie dough. But it turned out great! I have made these before using boxed mixes but this was a good one that I can use what I have in my pantry. THANKS!

Cranberry Sauce

This was good. I had to cook it twice and it was still a bit runny. Followed suggestions and used half brown sugar and then added cinnamon during the second boiling I did of it. Not much was eaten but no one really touched the canned stuff either.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

My family has been making these for years! They are not quite white castle but they remind us of them!! We do not use the hawaiian rolls- we use plain mini hamberger rolls or dinner rolls that are sold connected to each other. It is easier to spread the filling that way. Two package of soup mix would be WAY too much!! Pickles are an absolute necessity! I recommend extra pickles!! I have never had trouble with them sticking- but we wrap in foil- try the easy release foil if you are having trouble. Serve with ketchup!

Good! I halved the recipe in an 8x8 pan and it still took an extra 15 minutes to cook through. I used shredded hashbrowns instead of the bread. Good!!

Mexican Casserole

So good! The hubby scarfed it down and grabbed seconds. I followed some suggestions of other reviewers. I did not add water, I used the water in the can of corn and about half of the liquid of the beans. I also accidently dumped the whole bottle of salsa into the pan so I just left it in there. Use medium salsa and spicy taco mix. I also added a cup of minute rice before putting in the oven. I used rostierie chicken leftovers. Really good! Will definitely make this one again. Yum!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This gets a 5 for being so easy. Adults liked it and kids LOVED it. Followed suggestions and melted the frosting for easy pour and let set about 24 hours. I had no left overs.
