Green Bean and Canadian Bacon Casserole
Good foundation. Simple and satisfying. I added a few potatoes and carrots.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Wonderful!!! I used hot sausage- really gave this soup good flavor. I used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh, sans zuch. Instead added fresh spinach with bow-tie pasta instead of rav. YUM YUM.
