Pumpkin Hummus
I thought it was good, but I'm not sure it's something I would make again. I like other flavors of hummus better. I'm pretty picky about hummus though.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Yum! I did follow some others and dipped the rolled chicken in egg, then bread crumbs. I also put some slices of butter on the bottom of the pan, which made it crispy. Everyone loved it! Kids especially!

Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
Excellent! I took the advice of another user and added wheat germ in place of some of the flour and it was good! I also threw in a few extra strawberries. I might add a little more spice next time, but overall, very delicious!
