Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

Very good! Just the recipe I was looking for. I used applesauce instead of oil and it turned out just so much more moist and yummy! I also added an extra cup of zucchini because I LOVE zucchini!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is a wonderful recipe!!! So delicious and easy to make. My kids LOVE it too which is an added bonus! I add extra zucchini and applesauce to the bread and make it just that much healthier;)

These were fantastic! I made them EXACTLY as the recipe instructs (can you REALLY rate a recipe if you change it?...just a pet peeve of mine!). They were wonderful. The next time I made them I found out mid-mixing that I had no rice crispies! So I substituted Special K cereal and I think I like them even better. Great recipe!

Carrot Cake III

This is a great recipe...very light and yet moist too! I usually make Sam's Carrot Cake from this site (which is also awesome), but did not have pineapple, so I made this one instead. I am glad I did. (Oh and I too used 1/2 cup of applesauce instead of all the oil)

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

This is a great recipe. VERY easy to make and delicious too! I didn't put in any sugar because I actually do not care for food that is too sweet and after reading the reviews, I decided to try making it without any at all. It was perfect!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

Very good cake. I didn't put nuts or cocnut in (personal preference) and it was sooo delicious. I made it for my mom's birthday and she said it was one of the best cakes she has ever had (maybe she is biased because I am her daughter:) It is very moist and delicious.

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

These cookies are absolutely wonderful. My four year old daughter and I made these together because she wanted a cookie "with lots and lots of chocolate in it", And are these the cookies!!! Very easy to make...you will not regret making these (unless you have no self-control around chocolate:)

If you are even considering making this recipe, don't waste another second! This recipe is soooo delicious, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Just stop reading the reviews and go make it...you won't be sorry.

Ricardo's Pizza Crust

This pizza dough recipe is the BEST recipe I have ever made. I have made it sooo many times. It is very easy to modify: sometimes I use 1 cup of Whole Wheat flour instead of all White flour, sometimes I omit the spices and have a plain crust, sometimes...well you get the idea! It is an awesome recipe.

Buttery Rolls

These were yummy rolls! I had to bake them for 20 minutes and the rolls in the middle of the pan were still a little doughy. (Might have to do with my tempermental oven!) Also, one time that I made these, I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour instead of all white flour and they were VERY delicious.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

This is a GREAT recipe. It is soooo delicious! I used up all the leftover bread in my freezer (misc. hamburger and hot dog buns, heels of bread, etc.) and this recipe still turned out awesome. I only used 1 cup of sugar and it was still a little sweet for our taste (I cannot imagine how sweet it would be with 2 cups!) This recipe is worth trying.

Surprise Banana Cake

This was an easy recipe to make...whipped it up in less than 5 minutes! It was also very good. I baked mine a tad too long, so it was a bit dry, but that was my fault, not the recipe's. I will make this recipe again for sure.

Best Ever Banana Bread

This bread is VERY delicious. The first time I made it, it did not turn out and I thought "what are all these people (reviewers) talking about?!" So I decided that 200 people cannot be wrong and it must be something that I did wrong, not the fault of the recipe. And am I glad I tried it again! This is my new favorite banana bread recipe...just amazing! TRY THIS RECIPE - you will not be disappointed.
