Creamiest Rice Pudding
I MADE THIS RECIPE FOR MY DAD, TRYING TO RECAPTURE A TASTE FROM CHILDHOOD...A FOND LOVER OF A GOOD RICE PUDDING ! THE FIRST TIME I MADE IT, IT WAS A FLOP. THE COOKING TIME WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH AND I ASSUMED IT WOULD THICKEN UP ALOT MORE UPON STANDING. HOWEVER, I DID TRY IT AGAIN...COOKING IT VERY MUCH LONGER THAN THE RECIPES CALLS FOR UNTIL VERY THICK. IT TURNED OUT AWESOME AND I HAVE BEEN MAKING IT WEEKLY SINCE THEN. THANKS FOR SHARING!
