Pecan Pie V
I just made this for my husband's birthday. He loves pecan pie and this was definitely the best ever. I also added some extra pecans and a handful of chocolate chips, it was wonderful. Thanks

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
I just made these. I took the advise of adding salt and baking soda, they are delicious! The dough is very soft so I used my cookie scoop to place portions on a baking sheet and froze them for about 14 minutes and they rolled great. I put them back in the freezer for an hour before coating with chocolate. I can't wait for my family to taste them.

Harvey Ham Sandwiches
I made this for a Christmas lunch and everyone loved it. I will be adding this to my menu for any future parties. I even froze some and it reheated beautifully.
