This will be my second time making this dish, I lost the recipe and came back to look it up again. My boyfriend LOVED it last time...and when he found out I bought Tilapia today the first thing he said was "Are you gonna make it with the parmesan cheese again?" I used regular walnuts (had them on hand)...and added some semi-sweet chocolate chips and a little extra vanilla the first time I made this...EVERYONE LOVED them! And it's so easy! I'm making them again today...it's now the 3rd time in 2 months my boyfriend has requested "those walnut cookie things"...Thanks for the recipe!
