Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Excellent base recipe, I sub organic wholewheat flour and brown sugar and it came out beautifully. I also use extra virgin olive oil as I love the taste. I use this as my base biscotti recipe and have tried all different flavor combos: chocolate chip, almond, cashew, raisin etc..

Creamy Polenta with Roasted Corn and Fresh Sage

Very good - this reminds me of dinner with relatives in the Piedmont region in Italy. A wonderful side dish... Sliced and grilled the leftovers the next day which was just as delish as the night before! Thanks for this recipe!
