Hearty Jambalaya
Very good! Smells delicious while its cooking. Good comfort food for a cold, rainy day! Added extra veggies and made mine a bit spicier just for personal preference! Have a glass of light beer to help the burn! =)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is a fabulous way to JAZZ up any fish as far as I'm concerned! Super easy week night meal. My daughter LOVED it and wanted more! Thanks for a great, easy recipe!

Sugar Cookie Frosting
Good recipe for Sugar Cookies. I added a bit of real butter so it had that extra taste...but very good as it is. Dries hard and cookies turn out beautiful! Thanks for a great recipe.
