To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are some of the best blueberry muffins I've had! I'm only an okay baker and this recipe was simple enough for me to not ruin anything. I would suggest adding the zest of a lime to the flour mixture to add a bit of brightness to the flavor. :)

Chicken Katsu
For the blandness, just remember to season the flour beforehand. Also, if you have access to an Asian grocery market, get yourself some tonkatsu sauce to put on the chicken, it's great stuff!
