To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are probably the best blueberry muffins I've ever had, and even better in such a simple recipe. We added the zest of a lime to the flour mixture as well, and it only improved the flavor.

Chicken Katsu
For the blandness, just remember to season the flour beforehand. Also, if you have access to an Asian grocery market, get yourself some tonkatsu sauce to put on the chicken, it's great stuff!
