Creamy Pesto Shrimp

So good! I added more pesto than the original recipe called for and used a whole wheat linguine. It was a real crowd pleaser for kids and adults.

This recipe is a keeper! It was so quick and everyone loves fresh baked breads for dinner. Add sea salt, but other than that don't change a thing for perfect rolls every time.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

I was not impressed. I love salmon, but the smell of this glaze was a bit overwhelming to enjoy. It's okay if you are looking for a sugary marinade- was way too sweet for me.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is the most tender, easy recipe I have ever tried for pot roast. It gets great reviews every time I serve it and everyone always thinks I spent hours in the kitchen because it is so full of flavor! I will make this part of my permanent recipe archive at home.

Hurricane's Chicken Casserole

Great casserole, and very versatile. I make this about once a month and love it because I can just toss in whatever veggies I have on hand. Yummy tasting, and it smells so good in the oven!

Chicken Korma II

Great recipe! I added more cornstarch and a bit of flour to thicken the suace. Also very good if you save some whole cashews to throw in at the end -and great with some extra red pepper for spice.

Carrot Cake III

Great cake! I hate baking but this was super easy and a big hit for some of my picky eaters. I followed all the alterations recommended by greenbeanie and it was perfect, only I didn't mix the nuts right into the frosting. I Used some pecan halves and let the kids I keep spell out "MOM" on top for her birthday. Less nutty and a message that comes from the heart!
