Kim's Macaroni Salad
Nice flavor with just the right bite-- which you can control by making the sauce first. Was a tad dry as a leftover so if you're making a day in advance you'll want to keep this in mind. We really enjoy this with sloppy Joe's. Thanks, Kim!

Savory Tomato Bread Pudding
If you enjoy your grilled cheese sandwiches dipped into tomato soup, you'll love this. I used chix broth instead of wine. I look forward to having this again.

Aunt Kate's Green Beans in Tomatoes
I wasn't impressed by this nor were the men in the house. Bland. I tried onions and zucchini in place of beans and it was great.
