I am a 26 year old stay-at-home Mom of two feisty boys. I love to cook for my family on any and all occasions. I especially enjoy making and serving treats for my boys. I love to try out my hand at any type of non-American food. I especially like to make Mexican and Italian dishes. I also LOVE to make desserts! I grew up cooking with my Mom and Grandma making everything from pies to coleslaw. I LOVE having my kids help me in the kitchen. My favorite holiday cooking tradition is making peanut butter balls for Christmas. I have really started to become comfortable with myself in the kitchen. I am now able to create my own recipes or make dishes without a written recipe. I am very proud of myself for that. I can't remember anything tragic. I started cooking when I was 7 in 4-H. I am sure I had my share of mistakes during that learning process.
