About this Cook
My back ground is Polish, and I love all the Polish foods. But I can prepare just about anything. I enjoy preparing food for gatherings, and everybody likes my made up recipes. When I am not cooking, I enjoy my animals, and my family. I love to hike with my dog and friend. I also like reading, and watching some favorite shows. I prefer summer, but don't like the humidity. I love thunderstorms. I like playing games on the computer. I also like making up my own recipes. I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook desserts, soups, and salads. I take a recipe and always modify it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Polish cooking.
My cooking triumphs
Shrimp Scampi, mock crab pasta salad, Pepperoni and mozzarela bread. Cinniman rolls. To numerous to list it all.
My cooking tragedies
Fudge. I once had a good microwave recipe, but lost it and haven't been able to find another. I have ahard time with omelets sticking together.
