Slow-Cooked Short Ribs
Delicious! The whole family loved this recipe - couldn't get enough! The meat fell off the bone and I shredded it for sandwiches. I would use this homemade sauce for beef or pork roasts, too. I didn't do the first step with the flour and frying in butter and I don't think it made any difference other than reducing the amount of calories.
