This bread was super moist, tasty and wonderful! Like another person suggested I doubled the topping. I made one loaf yesterday and today I'm making another!

This recipe was a huge hit yesterday at my Thanksgiving Dinner! I had several skeptical people going into the dinner and one asked for an extra serving! I only made one change and it was completely accidental. I forgot to add the eggs before putting it into the oven and there was no way to tell! Awesome dish! I will make it again next year.

This salad was so light and refreshing. I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of peeling a jalapeno, so I just used diced green chilies. Even my husband who doesn't like cucumbers really liked it!
