I made this wondeful angel food cake and it was perfect and it had stayed up even after cooling. When I was moving the cake I dropped it and it fell! It was awful!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
Wonderful. One of my friends, whom I served this to, owns a chocolate restraunt he raved about it the entire night. I used cream cheese iciing (on the inside plain and the outside chocolate).

Mini Pineapple Upside-Down Cakes
I used pineapple cake mix instead of yellow and it was very good. I had no trouble removing the cakes, I use baker's Spray with flour. It was very moist. I served them on china saucers and I did not cut the cherry in half to enhance the height of the treat.
