Caramel Bars

Fantastic rich caramel bars!!!! The quality of the caramel plays a huge role in the rich flavour! Made it twice for office functions and dinners at my house and it is a smash hit each time. Will definitely be putting this in my personal recipe vault!!

Carrot Chile and Cilantro Soup

Great soup with a real mexican flare. I loved this soup as did my roommates however it did not freeze well. After being frozen it appeared as though it had somehow curdled but it did not affect the taste in any way so it was still tasty.

Red Pepper Soup

Great starter soups for red peppers...can be used as a base to add to other things. I didn't use the cream and still found it to turn out creamy without it, good for those watching their weight!

Absolutely delicious. I had an extra celery stalk so I added that aswell. This recipe will definitely become a regular however I will cut down on the amt. of added flour.

Noodle Pudding

Came out really good. I had some leftover sweet korean noodles from dinner the previous night; they had their own light sweet flavour and with the cheese come of the recipe it came out really good! You can use this recipe as a base for anykind of sweet cheese noodle dish you desire to make.

Wonderful Almond Fingers

I followed this recipe to the tee and it turned out as such a disappointment. It didn't hold shape at all and were really mishapen. I was ashamed to serve them for dessert but they were tasty. I rated this a 2 only because it was still tasty regardless of how horrible they looked.

Sauteed Apples

Really really yummy! I didn't have cornstarch so I used flour and it was still really good. (When substituting cornstarch with flour remember to use double the amt.of flour as you would with cornstarch)

Greek Souvlaki Dressing

Used balsamic vinegar instead of the required one and added 4tablespoons of lemon juice; turned out pretty good! Will definitely be going making this a regular dressing kept in the fridge.

I changed up the recipe like all the other reviewers did. Used cheddar, onions, olive oil, etc...and it still wasn't that good. I wouldn't waste food doing it again.

Very basic recipe but turned out great! Served at a dinner party and got rave reviews! Make sure to use with some nice french bread and a good cheese. It'll make a huge difference so don't cheap out!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Nothing fabulous about them at all...the recipe calls for too much rolled oats which just makes it taste like an oatmeal cookies; which I don't like.
