Caramel Bars
Fantastic rich caramel bars!!!! The quality of the caramel plays a huge role in the rich flavour! Made it twice for office functions and dinners at my house and it is a smash hit each time. Will definitely be putting this in my personal recipe vault!!

Carrot Chile and Cilantro Soup
Great soup with a real mexican flare. I loved this soup as did my roommates however it did not freeze well. After being frozen it appeared as though it had somehow curdled but it did not affect the taste in any way so it was still tasty.

Red Pepper Soup
Great starter soups for red peppers...can be used as a base to add to other things. I didn't use the cream and still found it to turn out creamy without it, good for those watching their weight!
