Not Your Every Day Smoked Pork Spare Ribs
These were delicious! It was a little on the spicy side. Next time I will cut back on some of the spicy spices that way my little ones will eat it better. I did think they were extremely tasty. I used Sonny's sweet bbq sauce.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
I wasn't crazy about the gravy. It came out kind of sweet tasting. I added gravy browning/seasoning and it only marginally helped. I just don't think a milk gravy goes well with country fried steak.

Absolute Mexican Cornbread
This recipe is very sweet with a little kick to it. We loved it and so did our guests. I replaced the last 4 ingredients with 2 corn muffin mixes.
