Christmas Cauliflower

This was good, but next time I would use more mushrooms, which I would not leave in the pan while I cooked the sauce. (Remove after sauteeing with the peppers, then readd after sauce is made) Also needs more swiss cheese or try sharp cheddar.

Classic Pot Roast

I followed the recipe except....I used a 3.5 lb roast, which I browned before placing in the crock pot. 28 oz can of plain diced tomatoes with one can of cream of mushroom soup. I also added sliced mushrooms about an hour before it was finished. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

This is the best meatloaf I've ever made!!!!! Just a few changes... I used a 20 oz pkg ground turkey (93%). I left out the cheese, for less fat and never missed it. I also used plain bread crumbs and would again. For the salsa I used Santa Barbra mild. Other than that I followed the recipe. :-)

Steak Chili

I made half the recipe. I used a piece of london broil and added a small can of tomato sauce. I would use the crock pot next time to make the meat more tender. Very good!

Scarlett's Chicken Cacciatore

Excellent!! I browned the chicken and then I removed it, sauted the onion & peppers first then added the mushrooms for a couple of minutes. Next I added the crushed tomatoes and simmered. I added the chicken while cooking the pasta so it wouldn't be over cooked. I only used a couple of shakes of Italian seasoning.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

I put the rub on several hours ahead and let it sit while the meat continued to thaw. It was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!! Tasty and Juicy Maybe next time I'll add flour to the rub and make gravy.
