Spinach Turkey Roll

Since other reviewers said it tasted like a meatball, I left out the garlic, added only half the oregano and only one egg. I also used smoked gouda instead of mozarella. very good and DIFFERENT!!!

These are a GRREAT garnish, But don't take the time to do alot of them. I made them for a shower and was privy to a remark by someone there,- "Someone with far too much time on their hands made these". She was right!!!!! Just do a few to decorate your plate, it took me forever to do a whole can. I know I'll do just a few next time!!

Cheesy Pork Chop Casserole

I added 8 oz of fresh sliced portabella mushrooms and it "MADE THE DISH" if you like mushrooms!!! I think I'll try this recipe with chicken.

This is excellent!! I also added 8 oz sliced portabella mushrooms and would again!!! I haven't tried it yet, but I think this recipe might also be good with chicken.

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet

Cheesy Ranch New Red Potatoes

EXCELLENT I cut the potatoes in chunks and used Romano instead of Colby Jack. I made them ahead and roasted them just before eating.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

I don't usually brown meat for my crock pot, but I did with this. I was out of onion, so I added a small amount of dried minced onion. It was absolutely delicious!!
