Pesto Sauce

Pork Chops with Tomatoes and String Beans
This was delicious!!! The next time I make it I will only boil the green beans for about a minute, as they were over cooked!

Spinach Turkey Roll
Since other reviewers said it tasted like a meatball, I left out the garlic, added only half the oregano and only one egg. I also used smoked gouda instead of mozarella. very good and DIFFERENT!!!
