One Mean Bean Soup Recipe!
|
I’m currently attending college, working toward my Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine (animal sciences). I also work as a photographer for Lifetouch, a well-respected, family oriented, national chain. I don’t have a lot of time to cook, but after my first year out on my own, I decided fast food every night was not for me. I L-O-V-E allrecipies.com. I can always find a recipe to correspond with what’s on sale at the market!

Brownie Crackles
Very very good! This recipe was just what I was looking for. The chocolate chips make the cookie even better than I remember. The only advice I have it to chill the dough for at least 3 hours (or overnight, if possible) to make it easier to handle.

Super Duper Chocolate Cookies
They were okay, but not quite what I was looking for. The cookies like this I remember were more moist/chewy and these were a bit dry. I won’t make again.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
WOW! The best Pumpkin Pie recipe EVER, hands down! I followed some other reviewer’s suggestions for a more perfect pie: I pre-baked the crust while the oven was pre-heating; I heated up the canned pumpkin, spices and salt in a medium sauce pan over low heat, and also added 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. After I let that cool a little I added the condensed milk and eggs and whipped 'til smooth. What a great treat. Will make again and again!
