Easy Refrigerator Pickles
Yummy. I used the celery seeds but did not have all the other spices so I substituted 2 teasp. pickling spice. They were very crunchy. I sliced the cukes with a food processor and were very thin. Next time I think I will follow others' advice and slice them thicker.

Fresh Fruit Cobbler
Very good. Only had Peaches, Pears, Apple and Frozen blueberries on hand. Used higher percentage of peaches. Added a little cinnamon and sugar to fruit and a little cinnamon to topping and turned out awesome. Tastes great warm.

Pear Bread II
Very good recipe. Even my nine-year-old liked it. I did not have enough pears and I thought I had walnuts but was mistaken, so I cut the recipe in half and left out the nuts and used 2 eggs. Still turned out great. Baked in amount of time called for.
