Spiced Quinoa
This was a very yummy way to eat quinoa and garbanzo beans. Both are so good for you. With a side of green peas, this made a wonderful meal. Hubby and both kids (1 year and 3 year old) loved it too. Will definitely make again. Oh, and we didn't find this too salty at all. Since different brands can be so drastically different, it's probably a good idea to check to sodium content of your broth and then adjust how much salt you add accordingly.

Italian Wheat Rolls
Fantastic! Very soft and fluffy. I really like that they are made with olive oil. To make them even more nutritious, I did an even mix of whole wheat and white flour (i.e. 3cup/3cup); next time I will do 4c whole wheat and 2c white to see if that works. Wonderful rolls!!! My new favorite recipe.

Honey Bean Salad
This is a wonderful way to eat kidney beans! We skipped the sage and hot sauce cause the kids don't care for those. We all loved it! Thanks for the great recipe!
