Cake Balls
I've been making a variation on this for a while....what I found to be easier than trying to dip them in chocolate is to buy an inexpensive chocolate mould in the shape of a little peanut butter cup. I bought mine for a couple dollars at the bulk food store. Fill that 2/3 full of melted chocolate, place a semi-frozen cake ball in and push down slightly. Then pop the tray back in the freezer so the chocolate hardens quickly. Then you hold the chocolate part and dip into white chocolate. I dip it twice in the white chocolate because I find once just doesn't cover it nicely. After the second dipping, sprinkle whatever you want on the top. Soooo much easier than trying to dip balls and not drop them/break them, etc.
