Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Really good as is...did not find bland at all like previous reviews. I doubled the recipe and it worked great, but next time I would definitely not use as much pepper. AND...I stuck to one onion. I think 2 would be too overpowering.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This was FANTASTIC!!! Tonight I threw all the ingredients in a crockpot...we'll see how it turns out!!

Salsa Chicken
We have this about 1 time a week! Makes great left overs! We use chunky taco bell salsa MILD! YUMMY!
