Sweet and Spicy Green Beans
Sorry to say, not our favorite. The garlic chile sauce overpowered the green beans and I used less than called for. We are really like spicy foods, but the flavor was just not right in this dish.

Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin
Really nice sauce! Very smooth and creamy and not too overpowering. Even teenage daughter, who doesn't like blue cheese, loved the sauce. Marinated the tenderloin for several hours then seared on the grill and finished off in the oven. The marinade imparted great flavor to the meat. Only alteration to the recipe was adding 4 cloves of garlic to the marinade and chopped chives and fresh cracked pepper to the sauce. Will make many more times, thanks for the recipe!

Roasted Potato Salad with Balsamic-Bacon Vinaigrette
Our new favorite potato salad recipe!!! Served the salad at room temperature and got rave reviews! The only alterations I made were to add a chopped tomato and after I chopped the red onion I cooked it for about a minute in a small amount of water in the microwave to take away the sharpness. Really great and tasty recipe!
