Delicious Angel Hair in Tomato, Tuna and Olive Sauce
Wow, this sauce was very bland, but has potential. I made a few changes for improvement to perhaps 3.5 - 4 stars. The changes are in lieu of the original ingredients. Use: 1.) 12 oz. Solid White Albacore; 2.) 14.5 oz can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, undrained; 3.) Use 8 0z. chopped black olives; 4.) use 3 cloves pressed garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried basil and 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 5.) Add 3 TBS capers (these really make a difference!); and 6.) Top with grated Romano cheese for extra flavor. Allow flavors to blend in refrigerator before serving.

Swiss Carrot Cake
Very delicate, delicious cake--very different from the more "hearty", spiced carrot cake we're all used to. I loved the lemon flavor and the light icing--perfect for serving at a tea or brunch. Mine came out a little dark on top, so you may want to cover with foil the last 20 minutes or so of baking. I'll be serving again for special occasions!

Italian Bread Bowls
Wow, what a great, crusty bread--and my KitchenAid mixer made quick work of it easily! I used olive oil and added 1 tsp Italian Seasoning. After the first rise, I cut the dough into 6 pieces and used 4 of them for the bread bowls. The other 2 pieces I cut into 3 pieces each, shaped into rolls, let rise again, and baked. These are the best rolls--very filling and good--and they rival bakery rolls. I'll definitely be making these on a regular basis. Thank you!!
