I'm a librarian and I do love to read. I love to cook as well when I have time and for special occasions. I get rave reviews for my mashed potatoes and I'm not too bad in the "mixology" of drinks either. My favorite dish is enchiladas but my favorite cuisine is Italian - anything with cheese and sauce (preferably tomato) is a hit with me. Mashed potatoes, desserts, pasta, seafood, and chicken always works. Tamales on Thanksgiving, posole for Christmas, and just tasting all the good food and drinks we bring together throughout the year. When the bowl is empty before the night is out. Nothing too epic, but it sucks when the rice is underdone or when I put too much salt in something.
