Onion Chicken in Balsamic Sauce
delicious! I served with baked potatoes, and used some of the remaining juice as gravy... after squashing the potatoes on my plate, it tasted as if I'd made a German Potato Salad!! Will certainly make again -- although I think I'll add some additional vegetables to go with it, and/or serve with a salad.

Eggplant Supper Soup
still in the process of making this one... but i know it'll be good. it's a good blend of vegetables and smells great! except for the eggplant, the ingredients are all "on hand", which makes it easy to make without a lot of prep.

Balsamic Strawberries
awesome! the vinegar isn't vinegary once your cook these berries in it, and although i haven't put it on my ice cream yet, i KNOW it tastes delicious. Easy, Quick, Delish... great recipe!
