French Toast Casserole
So good and so easy to make! I love french toast but hate all the dipping and mess it makes. Problem solved!!

Tuscan Soup
So good. I added 2 cans of potatoes since I didn't have any fresh ones on hand and used mild sausage because of the kids. Serve with salad and garlic bread. Only 4 stars because the kids complained of it being spicy (even with mild sausage). But the grown ups loved it. Delish!

BBQ Miso Chicken
Fast, easy and delicious! I baked it at 350 for 45 min and kept basting throughout. The whole family loved it!
