My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Christmas Eve a bunch of us get together and do non-traditional food; Italian, Asian, Mexican, etc. Then Christmas Day we have the traditional Christmas dishes.

Cooking fish properly. Fish scares me.

Baked Mac-n-Cheese - I just can't get it right. I think Shapiros' Deli has ruined me for baked mac-n-cheese.
