Artichokes
Not crazy about this recipe. Artichokes were tough, not tender what so ever. I had to cook it longer and it still was woody. Will not make it again. I prefer cooking artichokes in a pot of boiling water/olive oil/garlic cloves & lemon slices, it's easy and makes a really tender, tasty artichoke. Thanks anyway.

Caesar Salad Supreme
Sorry but I didn't like this one too much, it has way too much mayo, I ended up adding more oil, black pepper, salt and extra lemon juice. I will stick with my original caesar salad recipe. Thanks anyway.

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans
This has become one of our favorite green bean recipes. It is a wonderful side dish. Very easy to make and my family loved it. I have made this one so many times. Thanks for the recipe.
