Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
used Guinness beer and cooked it in a slow cooker. Every one LOVED it.

BBQ Country Style Ribs
I used the cooking method is all. Pepper the pork, cooked for 2 hours, then put the BBQ sauce on, then cooked for the other hour. Great, keeper in this house.

Chicken With Mushrooms
I used one 8oz of baby bella mushrooms,sliced and sweated them a bit with some finely chopped onion, first. I also added a dash of Italian seasoning in the egg. And used Monterey jack cheese-didn't have the other. Just melted it in the last 3 minutes of cooking. I halfed the recipe, because cooking for only two. This is soooo goood. We will have it again and again. And my husband is not fowned of chicken, and he said it was a keeper! Thanks!
