Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole
This had a good overall taste. It was well received by my church group. I think though I'd prefere a layered tamale casserole so it would taste more like tamales.

Chocolate Mint Dessert Brownies
I used the toppings from this recipe but the brownie from "Brook's Bombshell Brownies" on this site. Awesome!! I send these to work with my husband for his b-day and they were loved by all.

The best Brownies!! I followed CookinginFL's review but substituted mint chocolate chips for the chocolate chips.
