Cocktail Meatballs

The meatballs were good. Not quite sure about the sauce though. Had a weird after-taste. I will keep looking for a cocktail meatball recipe that we like better.

Spaghetti Squash I

My family did not care for this at all. The cheese was too strong and the rest of it was too bland. Sorry, but I won't be making this again.

After reading the other ratings, I was really disapointed with this recipe. My husband and I didn't like it at all. After spending so much time in the kitchen to make this, we ended up not even eating it. The sauce was too strong and very salty. I think I will stick with a basic chicken marsala recipe next time.

Garden Pasta Salad

DO NOT USE BOTH BOTTLES OF DRESSING! I used half the amount and even that was a bit too much! I added some sliced black olives and next time will add about a third of the dressing. I ended up draining the pasta salad to get rid of all of the extra dressing, after that, it was delicious!

These were pretty good, but I had to re-make the topping because the chips melted much better in the microwave. They were a bit too sweet for me, but overall not bad.

Pumpkin Cookies V

These cookies are amazing! I followed the directions exactly and they came out perfectly! They were SO moist! The frosting is fantastic! They made my house smell SO GOOD while they were baking! WONDERFUL recipe! Will make again and again!

Easy Lemon Cookies

I could not believe how easy and wonderful these cookies were! They were gone in a day! My husband and picky 5 year old both LOVED them! They took only minutes to put together and I loved the fact that I didn't even have to use the electric mixer! FANTASTIC! Will make again and again!

Pan-Fried Asparagus

I actually use this recipe with green beans! Add some bacon to the garlic when it is cooking and throw in the green beans instead of asparagus! It is WONDERFUL!

Mulligatawny Soup I

Creamy Beef Stroganoff

My family LOVED this! My husband had the leftovers finished within 24 hours! I added some onion powder, garlic powder, lots of pepper, and paprika. It turned out great! I will make this again and again! Thanks for the recipe!

Beef Stroganoff III

I took the advice of others and think I should have stuck to the original recipe. I marinated the meat in red wine and added fresh mushrooms. NO ONE liked it and we ate out for dinner. If I decide to make this again I would stick with the original recipe. Everyone must be raving about something, but it certainly isn't the revised version.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

This recipe sounded wonderful, but it did not turn out well. It wasn't creamy at all, but it did get great reviews from others, so maybe it is just me. I would try adding more milk or something to make it less dry.
