Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
About this Cook
Cooking I love, but I don't have a kitchen in my dorm room, so I can only cook at my boyfriend's or when I go home, which stinks! I love feeding people, it's a womanly instinct I think!
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking cheesecakes and pasta dishes.
My cooking triumphs
My first cheesecake I ever made was White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake from this site. It turned out marvolously, and that's when I got hooked on cooking!
My cooking tragedies
Once I forgot to foil my springform, and when I put the glorious cheesecake in the hot water bath, the cake started to bubble when the water leaked it!! Needless to say, the cheesecake was a little soggy!!

Peppy's Pita Bread
YUMMY! These are great! I added 1 tsp minced garlic and 1 tsp of rosemary to my dough and it gave the pitas great flavor. After they came out of the oven, I brushed them with olive oil. Recommended recipe!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Great biscuit recipe!!! I wish I had butter flavored shortening on hand, but I only had plain vegetable. The biscuits turned out well with the unflavored shortening, but I imagine that they would have been even better with some of the butter flavored variety!!

Deep Dish Brownies
Like other reviewers, I omitted the baking powder and one egg. The brownies were very moist and have stayed moist in my pyrex dish for about 4 days now! If you are looking for a really, really chocolatey brownie, this recipe is not it, but it is VERY easy and convenient as it calls for ingredients that everyone already has on hand.
