Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Can't go wrong with this recipe. I even made some the day before, sliced it up and poured it into a large foil pan with about 1" of the cooking liquid and into the refrigerator. The next day I reheated in the oven until hot while I made another pot of corned beef and cabbage on the stove for the aromas. The reheated tray was just as good as the fresh corned beef and it was easier to have some already done.

Rockin' Oysters Rockefeller

Although this was yummy, we ended up with a very cheesey mixture so not much of the oyster flavor was coming through. I'd make again and maybe omit one of the cheeses and add more butter to make a thinner spinach mixture.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

this recipe is delicious!! I make it ahead of time and put it in the fridge until I'm ready to bake and serve. Everyone always loves this dip. I do cut the garlic down to 2 cloves instead of 3.
