Fried Rice I
This was wonderful! I added shredded chicken and cooked 1/2 yellow onion with the bacon instead of using green onions. Making it again tonight!

Mexican Rice II
YUMMY! This is the first time I've made Mexican rice, and everyone loved it. I was worried the rice wouldn't cook thoroughly, but it turned out great!

Neat Sloppy Joes
I have made this recipe three times, and my hubby and 2-year old son LOVE it! I substituted the ketchup for honey BBQ sauce because we didn't have any ketchup. Yum!
