Hash Brown and Egg Casserole
This was a big hit at our Christmas brunch. I used a 9x13 pan, bacon in place of sausage, and doubled the eggs. There are NO leftovers!

Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits
Yummy! As other reviews have mentioned, we had a little bit of doughy, not-quite-baked biscuit on the bottom side, but it's nothing that increasing the cooking time a bit can't fix. My picky 1-year-old gobbled this down. I'll definitely be making it again.

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
These are delicious! My three year old requested pancakes for his birthday dinner, so we whipped up a batch of these. I omitted the dry milk and subbed apple sauce for the vegetable oil. Topped with a berry compote, it was a big hit. Everyone cleaned their plates!
