Amish Meatloaf
The flavor was good with this. I did not add the onions....husbands not a big fan of them. I did find this meatloaf to be firm on the edges and mush on the inside...it fell apart. My husband ate it with his fingers just to rub it in.

Pot Roast for Many
I cooked this in the crock pot... I do not know if that effected the roast or if it was just a bad roast. It seemed tuff...maybe I just cut it wrong. Flavor was great!!

The Best Steamed Asparagus
This was a great change for asparagus. I did use frozen then slit the bag open to add the butter and wine. Will try again with fresh.
