Roasted Red Potato Salad

This was really good. I customized it quite a bit by adding celery, dijon mustard and some buttermilk. Roasting the potatoes is a fabulous idea.

Pineapple Meringue Cake

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Really, really good! I used fresh cucumbers directly out of the garden and cut the vinegar, water and sugar down as suggested previously. Wonderful on pulled pork sandwiches too!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Wonderful! I added some carrots, otherwise, it was made just as printed. Next time I'd like to try using clam juice instead of water/chicken base and clams instead of ham.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Wonderful soup! It does get very thick. I added an additional 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/2 cup 2% milk before serving.

Easy Apple Crisp

It is very sweet. Next time I'll reduce the brown sugar by half. I would like to try this recipe substituting peaches for the apples. I think it would the perfect topping for a tarter fruit

Artichoke Spinach Dip

I prefer the spinach/artichoke dip with less cream cheese/sour cream. However, I used the leftover dip on turkey/swiss/roma tomato/carmelized onion panini sandwiches, and it was a terrific addition.

Deep Dish Layered Salad

My family thought it was terrific. I added 1 cup shredded cheddar. Definitely an improvement of an old favorite. I think I'll add some smoked chicken next time and make an entree out of it.
