Chickpeas in Tomato Sauce With Feta and Wine
This recipe has become a weekly favorite in my family. I usually change almost every recipe I make but not this one! The only thing that's not specified is the kind of feta used. I use good quality sheep's milk feta because it's much tastier than cow's milk.

Pasta and White Beans Gratin
My husband and I loved this! It's not too filling but very satisfying. I added some vegetables (zucchini and carrots) and cooked them with the onions and beans. I also added pieces of fresh mozzarella and it turned out great.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
I'm in the middle of making this recipe and I'm very annoyed at how it's turning out. The dough is so sticky (after 4 hours in the fridge), it's unworkable! I've used flour on my working surface as well as my rolling pin, but the dough sticks to everything! My kitchen's a mess! I followed the original recipe but I've now added a cup of flour as previously suggested and will leave the dough in the fridge overnight. Even if it works out, the problems while making this recipe make it a big disappointment for a 5-star rated recipe.
