About this Cook
I am a stay-at-home mom who tutors English part-time. Our son is a toddler (6 months+). We are vegetarians that eat seafood but not poultry, beef or pork. We also have two cats.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I added one more green onion than called for because mine were pretty small. Turned out perfectly. Make sure to squeeze out the spinach thoroughly.
