Awesome Red Wine Pot Roast

Zucchini Casserole
Very tasty! I used one large zucchini for a 4-serving meal, and it was plenty. I also used light mayo. Great recipe for a CSA! Thanks. :)

Ratatouille Pasta
Very good! Used Romano cheese since that is what we had on hand, and added black olives. I was worried it would be bland, but the flavor was really good. Thanks!
