Rigatoni with Eggplant, Mushrooms and Goat Cheese

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This is now my favorite frosting recipe! Had plenty of frosting for two 9 inch cake rounds. Probably shouldn't tell anyone this, but ate the leftover frosting (had the consistency of fudge) for the next several days:)

Fish Chowder II
I used whiting for the recipe and it turned out fine. I used the full 5 cups of milk- probably only needed about 3 cups of milk. Used a slotted spoon to scoop out the potatoes/fish/corn part then added some of the milk on top. Will make again!
