Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I always screw up mashed potatoes and these turned out perfect. I used the high setting and only needed to cook them for 3 hours (they started to get a bit burnt). I also added about 3t. of crushed garlic instead of the garlic powder and used (6)russet potatoes.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This was wonderful and super easy. We put it on whole wheat hamburger buns and will be making it again for Father's Day. My toddler, who barely eats any protein, also loves this.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was amazing!!!! My husband hates ranch dressing, so I was afraid he wouldn't like this, but he raved about it. We'll be making it for our next dinner guests.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

This turned out amazing. I used the frozen shrimp from Costco and threw all of the marinade ingredients into the ziploc bag the shrimp come in. I have also tried baking these in the oven as a scampi over angel hair pasta. You can't go wrong with this recipe.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This was a great cheesecake and really easy to make too. I used a shortcut mentioned in other review and just used microwaved jam instead of fresh berries. It turned out perfect.

Teriyaki Tuna Steaks

I have never made Tune steaks before as I never thought I could compete with restaurants. This recipe was easy and amazing. My husband still raves to his friends and family that I make the best tuna steaks ;)
